I got the following message sent to me from someone buying from
Totally Wicked.
"I bought 2 5-packs from them. Nine of the 10 items did not work... What are the odds of that happening randomly? Only one battery worked, but even that one did not work well. There was no warranty on the 5-packs, so it was my loss.
In the long run, it was their loss. I ended up buying A LOT from other suppliers.
In addition to their poor quality product (my experience), TW has a lot to learn about customer service."
