Global warming lie on past temperatures exposed.

The medieval sea level rise was a regional phenomenon, apparently.
I have just debunked global warming lies on temperatue in the past!!!
You can clearly see the sea level proves there was a global
medieval warm period as the sea level is essentially global.
Thus the scientist have fiddled the data to get rid of the
medieval warm period!!

The Electronic Cigarette Company/ Totally Wicked still, after two months have not refunded me on the faulty passthrough they sold me.

I returned it and you sent me back another faulty one infact I would bet my life it was the same one, it had the same fault, missing button and looked exactly the same.

That's disgusting.

You didn't refund my postage either.

You have not responded to my last email, you have not responded to a lot of my emails either your service is terrible.

Boy am I angry hence I am going to report you to your local Trading Standards too I intend to get your *%&le busted too.

I have also see a load of similar incident from other people with your other company Totally Wicked, so I would advise folks to stay well clear of them. too.

So Mr Jason Cropper you better send me a working passthough pretty sharpish and an apology otherwise you will be seeing a hell of a lot more posts like this.

I AM NOT GOING TO FORGET OR GIVE UP, so the sooner you honour your legal obligations the sooner you stop seeing posts like these.

I willl eventually take you to a small claims court, in the meantime it is more posts exposing how you 'run' your companies, because I think people need to know.

people exposing rip-off suppliers, but then I guess the suppliers pay for the forum

Man, I will never order from TW ever again.
A couple weeks back I ordered some flavorless juice (with some lorann's for DIY) and two 5 packs of 901 batteries because I thought the batteries were a great deal...
3 of the batts were DOA, the rest stopped working within 2 weeks.

I e-mailed TW and told them my problem and their response was essentially "sucks for you"

I then bought a Prodigy and flamed TW on ECF because TW destroyed my faith in standard batteries. Shitty, huh? lol

You're not alone. I ordered 2 5-packs from them and only one battery worked. I got the same response from customer service you did. My theory is that they repackage some of their returned, faulty items in those 5-packs. Thanks for contacting ECF about this, ChefChris.

I asked them why they had not refunded the postage on the faulty item I returned,
it seems they are flouting the law and not refunding postage, they said they would
speak to the managing director, a week has passed and I have heard nothing.

Of course they shoyuld not need to speak to their managing director they should know
they are required by law to refund postage on faulty goods.

It is now over a month and I still have not had a working product.

Digusting service, looks like the legal route and a publicition campaign to follow.

I got the following message sent to me from someone buying from
Totally Wicked.

"I bought 2 5-packs from them. Nine of the 10 items did not work... What are the odds of that happening randomly? Only one battery worked, but even that one did not work well. There was no warranty on the 5-packs, so it was my loss.

In the long run, it was their loss. I ended up buying A LOT from other suppliers.

In addition to their poor quality product (my experience), TW has a lot to learn about customer service."

the orders address which said they had forward it to the
returns address (which I had already emailed it to at thee same time.)

Disgusting. They treat their customers like dirt.

Do not order from these rotten eggs.

Anyway I emailed the company about it sending me a second faulty passthrough (it appeared to be the faulty passthrough I sent back) I sent emails to both the orders and the returns email address, however I only got a reply from the orders address, telling me to post to the returns addresss, which I already had!!

I posted in the forum listed above about recieving a second faulty
item, unsurprisingly the the post has been deleted, and I also
have been banned from the forum for 'spamming',

This is perhaps no surprise as I expect the forum is paid for
in part at least by the the suppliers.

Anyway, it will all be useful when I am taking the company to
court etc....

Anyway if you are from the forum make sure you bookmark
this page as I am sure they will delete any of my posts about
the situation.

Why do they need to censor the truth?

That is a question you should ask yourself and also
ask the moderators.

I will look into creating a genuine honest forum where the truth cannot
be censored.

Hi, just writing about my experience with the company (not a very good one so far).

The company sells electronic cigarettes, I ordered a starter pack and a device to enable you to use the power from your USB port to power the cigarette instead of costly batteries.

Anyway device called a USB passthough, arrived faulty, the button to operate it was absent so I emailed the company. I recieved no reply whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement of my email, I also tried various email addresses on their site, including eventually the 'orders' address as I thought this was more likely to be read!!

I also found an electronnic cigarette forum where they had a sub-forum and I managed to contact someone apparently from the company there, thier reaction was to first suggest they had not recieved my emails however, I used the addresses on their site and none returned to me as undelivered.

Anyway I returned the faulty item and they sent me out a replacement, however this was also faulty, it had the same fault and indeed appeared to be the same item!!!

I am not very happy, I also noticed other people on the forum with similar complaints they also recieved faulty/wrong items after returning a faulty item.

Note the forum on the site is moderated by the site and they deleted posts they do not like and on one occasion edited my post so that it said I thought they provided a good service when I had said the opposite.

So be aware of that, what you read on the forum may have been modified/deleted to give a better impression.

I am now awaiting a reply from the company about the second faulty item they sent me.

It goes without saying that I cannot recommend Electronic Cigarette Company (UK) Ltd.

Incidently a google search for the managing director of the Electronic Cigarette Company comes up with the name of Jason Cropper, the same name comes when you seach on another electronic cigarette company "Totally Wicked". He posts on the form as Pillbox38 I believe.
